  • "I worked with Nate for just a few workouts before Pro Day. I felt like I knew what I was doing, I've done a lot of speed training and weight training over the years, but Nate taught me a few basic techniques that really helped me improve my performance in the 40, and also in the 5-10-5 pro-agility drill. And that was after just 2 workouts with him. Nate is fast himself so you know he knows this stuff works from personal experience, but not only that, he's good at helping you to understand the same techniques and how to apply them. I encourage anyone who is trying to improve their speed and athleticism to work with Nate at Utah Speed Academy. "

  • "With money being tight these days and our economic problems we see all around us, as an engaged and concerned parent, I still wanted to sacrifice and afford good health training for my son.  I was discouraged when I saw the costs associated with some of these athletic training places.  I realized that we wouldn't be able to afford the training for my son.

Then I discovered Utah Speed Academy and I realized that there was an option for us.  We attended the first week to see how the training was in comparison to other places.  I was amazed at the level of skill and experience the coaches at Utah Speed Academy have, and how personalized the sessions were.  Where else could I find training for him with the latest skills training and techniques, and for that cost?  I was sold.

My son is now four months into the training and he has never been this well in shape and prepared to enter this sports season than he is right now.  I have been so pleased with his development that I would highly recommend Utah Speed Academy to anyone. By far the best speed and agility training in the state."

  • "The speed academy is great!  My boys do not view it as work, they are always excited to attend.  One of the great things about the speed academy is that its teaching is not position or sport specific.  It benefits all athletes, both boys and girls, in all sports.  I have seen more improvement in three months at the Utah Speed Academy than in all of the other camps and sports team training combined."

  • "My son is one of those fast kids. Mckade was fortunate enough to qualify for the Junior Olympics as a 10 year old. He was blessed with speed but we needed to find someone to show him technique. We have been working with Nate at the Speed Academy and I can say with confidence that Mckade is getting faster. He is learning proper technique and conditioning that is specific to his needs. I feel that with extra time with Nate he will be burning up the track and the football field again this year. I have recommended Nate and his training to all of my friends and athletes on his football team."

  • "I just wanted to express my appreciation to Cody Fonnesbeck for the great job he did this past year in Speed Training for some of our athletes.  He taught two different seesions that helped qualify some of our kids in Track events that they have never qualified in before.  His approach was personal and professional, and I would recommend his training to anyone who is serious about improving their speed."

  • "My son’s training with Nate Soelberg has been an excellent use of his time in the off-season.  Cameron’s focus has improved dramatically, and he is seeing and catching the ball better than he ever has.  Based on Nate’s experience on both sides of the ball, Nate has identified weaknesses in Cameron’s game and has implemented precise drills to help Cameron improve.  Cameron’s confidence is at an all-time high as he prepares for 7 on 7 camps this summer and for next football season.  Most importantly, Cameron enjoys every minute of his training with Nate, and we appreciate Nate’s positive influence.  I believe Nate Soelberg could help any wide receiver at any level."

  • "My son has spent several private sessions with Nate. It was very obvious from the start that professional training is far and above anything I thought I could teach him.  After just a couple sessions I could tell a considerable difference in his footwork and his route running along with his hand/eye coordination. Nate is always very positive with him and I am very happy with my sons progress. I think it’s money well spent and look forward to seeing my son get closer to his goals as he continues to train with Nate."

  • "I was introduced to Nate Soelberg by one of his partners Ben Cahoon.  In June of 2008 I called Nate and asked him if my son, who has Never Ever played football before, could get some personal training.  My son was somewhat athletic, but his Senior year in High School was only two months away.  He was a goalkeeper in soccer and had been for several years.  I am sure Nate had his hesitations.  However, Nate took on my son and gave personal one on one time in the evenings to work around my son’s work schedule.

I would highly recommend Nate Soelberg’s training!  My son worked out with Nate 2 times a week for one month.  After each work out my son would come home sweaty and tired thanks to how hard Nate would work him.  After one month of training, tryouts for his 5A Football team began.  Nate taught my son the techniques, fundamentals and challenges of playing a receiver position.  My son started as a receiver due to Nate’s training, experience and knowledge of making athletes better.  Today my son is visiting with several college football coaches to play at the next level.  Nate’s program has literally changed my son’s self esteem and made him a leader who is respected due to the training received from Nate.

We have another son who is in the 6th grade – Nate I hope you are ready to take him on and repeat what you did."
